If a figure about your college is wrong, tell us the page, the number and where the right one is (your CDS filing, IPEDS or an official page). We check it against both sources and fix it with the next build, usually within a week. Write from an official address and we will mark the correction as college-confirmed.
We show a college's rank as a credited fact with a link to your list, only for the colleges we cover, and we never publish a publisher's complete list. If you would rather not appear, email us and your ranks come down from every page and file within five business days.
Summaries are paraphrased and unattributed. If one traces to your post and you want it removed, send the link to the post and we remove the summary within five business days, no questions asked.

We acknowledge within two business days and remove or disable the material within five. The person who posted it may send a counter-notice under § 512(g); if they do, we forward it to you and may restore the material after ten business days unless you tell us you have filed for a court order. We keep a log of notices and end access for repeat infringers. Knowingly false notices carry liability under § 512(f).
To see or delete anything we hold about you (we hold very little; see Privacy), email the same address.
